I came to Staples to send a package through their UPS service. They have advertised online and on the front of the building that they *Ship 7 Days a Week*. While they MAY ship 7 days a week they do not pick up 7 days a week. That is incredibly deceiving. They only pick up Monday through Friday before I'm assuming 5pm. NO WHERE in their signage does it say that nor on their website. I had a very important letter that needed to be sent as soon as possible and the clerk informed me that it would not go out until Monday. I understand I showed up around 7pm on a Friday but I thought with *shipping 7 Days a week* written everywhere that it would make it out the following day. No! So I chose to go to Staples because of the 7 day shipping versus traveling much farther to mail my letter but instead had to drive farther and spend 3 times as much at FedEx. Thank you for the disappointing service. I will not be mailing anything of importance through your company. No wonder your company is on its way out.
