Just walked in with my three kids and it was 5:58. They close at 6pm. Did not even realize the time l, but at any rate I was not even greeted with a hello, but with a "just to let you know we close in one minute." So rude and absolutely obnoxious. Dumbfounded I questioned as to what this kids long term goals were because if it was retail or business he'd better get a new profession. Complete disregard for customer service. Absolutely disgusted and will never ever go in there again. He had glasses on and this was on 5/21 Sunday. Hopefully management sees this.
Do NOT buy a used or refurbished system here. I was in the store to buy a refurbished Xbox One S and I was sold a defective system. The kid in the store sold me on the refurbished system because it was of supposedly better quality than the regular "used" system. It was not. Straight out of the box, the Xbox had scuffs all over it, almost like it was mishandled by store employees. It was also covered in dust. Upon further examination, the rear casing of the system (where all the inputs are) was not properly attached to the system itself. What's more, I am seeing several areas which seem like they have melting damage. Where the exterior of the system is not melted, it is chipped, like it handled some major abuse. Also, there is a piece of sharp plastic jetting up in the disc slot, which would cause every single game I buy to become all scratched up. No wonder they want to sell you a protection plan on every single disc you buy. Last but not least, the controller they included with the system doesn't even work! Do NOT buy a used or refurbished system here. Really, don't buy anything here. These guys are scam artists

Had an issue with a missing receipt with my beta code on it for call of duty:WWII,And the idiot salesperson didn't give me the correct information about the difference between a new game or a used game.I DID ASK,IF I DON'T LIKE THIS "NEW GAME",CAN I BRING IT BACK & EXCHANGE IT",,Salesperson screwed up ROYALLY BUT NEW MANAGERS HANDLED THE EXCHANGE VERY PROFESSIONALLY & EVEN KNOCKED AND ADDITIONAL 10% OFF......BETTER MANGERS,BUT SOME SALESPERSON NEEDS PROPER TRAINING & THEY NEED MORE THEN ONLY 1 SALES ASSOCIATE TO HELP....
