Really bad business to work with. I was a couple weeks late with my payment, so I offered to give the item back until I can make the payment. The guy, Kieth, starts swearing at me, acting like a hard ass, yelling at me over the phone because I said he's gotta wait until either after 7pm tonight (Saturday) or Monday morning. I would highly not recommended doing business with these people.
They showed up in my apartments parking lot to deliver a washing machine to my neighbor. While they were at it they saw fit to dispose of an old mattress they had in their truck, behind our dumpster. I called rent-a-center and they deny even delivering the washing machine! Now the landlord has to pay for extra trash pickup to accomodate for what rent-a-center has so graciously donated.
