Tried bring back a utility knife, when in years past I've had no problems bringing one back if there was a defect and always getting a brand new one. Well try doing that today and the store manager denied me. Probably won't be going back for anything like that again.

Love these guys! All the staff are super helpful, it's generally very easy to find what I need, they have a great selection, great web site! We even ordered some things online a few months ago and picked them up in the store. We got a text notification that it was there, it was ready when my son arrived, the staff helped him load the car. Great experience! Just what you want in a local hardware store!
The "Paint Lady" is wonderful! The rest of the staff are great, too - always helpful and polite.
