This place is amazing! Their prices on many things are cheaper than other stores. If they carry it, it is usually cheaper. They also have an amazing selection of "different" stuff, especially in their food department. The staff is very friendly now (some previous employees were Not), and they always take care of you if you have an issue with something you've bought. It is also a very charitable store, too, as I find lots of their items new with tags, donated to a charity I volunteer at. The kind of store I feel good about giving my business to!
Always worth a weekly look, I stop in here when I have something specific in mind, sometimes they have it and sometimes they don't, but I always find something I want.
While they have great prices and items and deals, the employees at the Westfield, MA store need a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is more I could go into details on but I shall not. It's too bad the way the company treats people as well when you try contacting them regarding issues. I will be taking my business outside of Westfield until that store is cleaned up with both more professional people and the store is more clean and tidy. There were bare shelves as well. If you like unprofessional people and an messy store by all means feel free to shop there :)
