Been coming here for many years and have spent a decent amount of money here. There has been some hiccups along the way and I believe it was because the staff constantly was changing. People who were on staff 5+ years ago were spot on and an excellent team who really cared about the customer. After a few years of a rough patch with poorly trained or care free staff, I think that they have once again nailed down a respectable staff who are willing to help and once again care about the customer. Glad to see this business return to it's old ways. Thank you.
Spent $40 on an oil change that took a half an hr. Id imagine during that half hr, they were doing an inspection on my car that I didn't ask for. Proceeded to give me a list of things that conveniently found. If I wanted an inspection I would have asked for one. Would not recommend. Many local automotive repair companies that give better service and don't try to nickel and dime you. Oh best part, your left tire is low. So why don't you fill asshat? Jesus where did good service go?
KEN DICKINSON AND HIS CREW (JESUS & JOSHUA) DISCOVERED A BROKEN SWAY BAR LINK THAT MY CAR DEALER DIDN'T (EVEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN ASKING THE DEALERSHIP TO CHECK FOR A BANGING). KEN GAVE ME A PRICE TO REMOVE AND REPAIR. I DIDN'T GET IT DONE THEN BUT THEY REMOVED THE POTENTIALLY DAMAGING PART , NO EXTRA CHARGE. THANK YOU. THE DEALER ENDED UP REPAIRING MY VEHICLE UNDER WARRANTY. I THINK I GOT A PRETTY GOOD PRICE ON A NEW SET OF TIRES TOO. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT IF YOU NEED TIRES.
Brought my 2012 Chevy sonic in for tires and oil change they found my rear shocks were bad had them replaced on site very honest thorough work Bryan and josh and Jeremy were all very helpful my gf needed work on her car as well and they gave her a friends and family discount I will be using them from now on thanks again!
Had this one guy tell me I can't get an alignment (because my car is too low) anywhere around here and told me id probably have to go to connecticut, next day went to town fair and got it done. Also called to see if they could stretch my tires, they said they'd have to take a look at it, so i drive down there and they tell me at the desk they don't do that. Some of the dumbest people ive ever met work there. Horrible place.
