I had them inspect a car before buying it and they completely missed the torn ball joints and torn CV joints on both sides. The outer CV joints were torn all the way through. I have no idea how they missed it. There was no grease on the undercarriage, so I can conclude that at lease the CV axles had been torn for a while. I found this problem within 15 minutes of getting my car home. Someone less mechanically inclined might not have double checked the shop's work and could have been in a horrible accident.
They are honest and really helped my out!! I needed tires badly but could not afford 4 new tires they had 4 brand name tires under 200! I highly recommend them!
Highly recommended! Al's Tire is the only tire shop I'll ever go to. Mike and his team always go above and beyond. They get their work done by the times they say, they do amazing work, and their prices are extremely reasonable. Honesty is something that I feel like is hard to come by these days in an auto shop, but these guys are as honest as it gets. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Keep up the good work!
