There are multiple seating possibilities, including tall seats along the window table, regular chairs and tables, and booths. The space is plenty wide and the lower tables have a good amount of room for wheelchair use.
I got a Great Divide and it was filled quite generously. The woman taking our order asked good questions, like how many times we wanted it cut, if we wanted a big box or to have it wrapped, and if we wanted to change the way the sandwich comes.
A friend & I, plus our 2 kids waited for over an hour while everyone was taken before us. Manager was miserable, the place wasn't even that busy! My husband is allergic to onions, so they have to clean the grill. The guy working the grill said this out loud, but for the hour we sat waiting, he never cleans it. The Manager was miserable ringing up our orders, I brought my husband his lunch at work, I get a phone call finding out he ended up choking on a big thing of onion a few bites into his rice bowl. When I call for the Regional Manager's phone #, I was told they don't have it to give out, I have to go on the website and leave a detailed email. Also, this isn't the first time something like this has happened! How reassuring! The lady that was telling me this also made sure to tell me: "At least your husband is a grown man, you know, not a kid!" Does it really matter? An allergy is an allergy! A bad attitude about it from the management sets the tone! She also mentioned he is like that more often than not! Never going back ever!
