When shopping for an engagement ring, Bob made the experience very educational and EASY. I was able to look at different rings, different settings and multiple diamonds. The web was a great place to start with my research but to speak with someone as knowledgeable in a 1:1 setting was priceless. His prices were very reasonable and the quality was exceptional.
