Very inconsiderate staff members. After trying to return a costume I purchased for $25 that was MISSING the dress (had hat only) I was told I can receive $2.15 back for it since it was past the 7 day period which is NOT posted anywhere. I spoke to a manager and another lady who claimed to be the store manager Jess. She asked why I hadn't returned it sooner. I explained to her between my daughters special needs appointments; OT speech IEP behavioral therapy etc I just haven't had a moment. Which was to be honest none of her business in the first place. She responded saying "I have heard lots of stories and they all manage to make returns. You could have given it to a family member to return it for you." First off my return my responsibility second off how rude!!! Terrible customer service techniques. I would never say something so inconsiderate to a person. This woman should not be working with customers. Very dissatisfied with my experience and it's absurd I am stuck keeping for a $25 hat.
It’s convenient that there are Spanish speaking staff for those customers who don’t speak English! The workers are great! And if one employee can’t help you there is always another who can! The language barrier is never a problem even if the language is something other then Spanish!
I find everything I need at this Walmart Super Center. I save so much money shopping there and that alone makes me happy. All their help throughout the store is so helpful whether they are stocking shelves, cleaning up a mishap, or putting merchandise back. They take the time to assist you and even will walk you to your destination. Very polite workers there..
The new luxury lounger seats are amazing. Super comfortable. Makes a great experience with tons of space. Extra drink cups and food tray are a bonus.
I love their "Savings Catcher".
