Terrible, terrible, and terrible. Go to any Santander bank except this one. You will waste your time in order to receive some service, one African-American teller (female) told my relative to go to the machine to deposit rather than waiting; this teller continued to sit and talked on her phone. The management is awful and incompetent in terms of customer service as said by my friends and neighbors.
